Paid surveys are not for Philippine residents

Well, title says it all. I tried joining different surveys sites to earn extra other than the PTC sites I have. Yes, this sites do send surveys, but when I am about to take the survey they would block me saying that the survey is not for our country. Usually this paid surveys are for people living in the US, Canada or Europe.
